2026 Fountaine Pajot FP48 Catamaran

The Fountaine Pajot FP48 is a 43.5-foot fiberglass catamaran with a 24.4-foot beam, designed for cruising comfort and performance. Power comes from two Yanmar 4JH57-CE engines producing 114 horsepower combined, fitted with folding three-blade propellers. The boat features a full-batten mainsail with lazy jack and lazy bag systems, electric winches for the mainsail and jib, electric windlass with counter, and gennaker gear with boom.

The interior accommodates three cabins and three heads. The saloon includes a convertible dining table that converts to a berth, and all cabins have slatted bases. Deck amenities comprise a fixed bimini over the helm with closure, a rear lounge area to port with exterior cushions, and forward seating with additional cushions. Natural wood trim details the cockpit and hull sections. Additional features include a gas grill, deck shower with hot water, and mooring kit with six fenders.

Electronics include dual VHF radio with AIS at the helm, Garmin 3 Smart Cruising system with autopilot, dual GPS units, dual multifunction displays, and radar with support and cabling. Audio features a Fusion Bluetooth system with Bose speakers and display components. Power systems consist of integrated 2000-watt solar panels, a 9-kilowatt generator, a 2000-watt charger-converter, and an additional 150-amp AGM battery. The boat carries 220V/50Hz and 110V/60Hz AC power with USB outlets, plus 12V systems throughout.

Comfort equipment includes a 90-liter 12V cooler, cockpit refrigerator, 5-kilogram washing machine, large electric head, 12V ventilator, and 44–48K BTU air conditioning. The electric platform tender lift accommodates up to 150 kilograms. Antifouling and epoxy primer coating are included. A 25-kilogram anchor and chain complete the ground tackle.
