The Hotwoods Pontoons Aluma Sport 615 is a 16-foot aluminum pontoon built for durability and family use. Its construction uses 5052-grade aluminum for the four 12-inch pontoon tubes and 60-series aircraft-grade aluminum for the deck and structure, with all hardware finished in stainless steel. The boat is rated for 15 horsepower and carries a 1,200-pound weight capacity.

The layout offers 13 feet 3 inches of usable deck length and 6 feet of width. A rear adjustable bench seat comes standard; a front bench is available as an option. The deck features all-aluminum flooring with a 3-inch outside edge lip for safety, and handrails run around the perimeter at 20 inches high (34 inches available as an option).
