2026 Key West 189 FS

The 2026 Key West 189 FS is a compact center console powered by a single 115 hp Yamaha outboard. Built on a fiberglass hull with closed-cell foam filling, this 18-foot-9-inch boat delivers the core features of the Family Sportsman line in a maneuverable platform. The 8-foot beam and 12-inch draft suit both open water and shallow-draft fishing grounds.

The layout centers on a console with an enclosed head compartment, while the stern features full-length bench seating with integrated storage and a recessed livewell underneath. A molded swim platform with ladder spans the transom. The bow carries low-profile stainless rails, and rod holders with integral drains line the rails throughout. Cockpit coaming bolsters provide seating comfort and support.

Standard equipment includes a rear high-speed pickup livewell, a trolling motor plug, tilt hydraulic steering, a 12-volt dash outlet, and raw water washdown.
