2026 Key West 263 FS

The 2026 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console powered by twin Yamaha 300 outboards producing 600 total horsepower. Built on a fiberglass hull with a 9.25-foot beam, it combines fishing capability with family-friendly accommodations in a robust, stable platform.

The boat features dual aerated livewells, 22 rod holders, and under-gunnel storage racks designed to hold 8-foot fishing rods. The hard top includes an integrated radio box, accent-colored panels, LED lighting, and cargo netting. A ski tow pylon is fitted for watersports. The center console design incorporates independent sliding captain's chairs with powder-coat finishes and a bow filler board with cushion. Entry to the cabin is via a side door with a hidden ladder, and an under-deck windlass provides anchoring convenience. A built-in head with a 9-gallon pumpout tank and a deluxe transom dive ladder are included.

Navigation and communication systems include a Garmin GPSMap 1243XSV touchscreen chartplotter, Garmin Fantom 24 radar, and a VHF radio with GPS location capability. An autopilot with GHC50 Reactor for hydraulic steering is fitted. A 600-watt through-hull transducer with CHIRP technology supports the Garmin ecosystem. The boat is equipped with Yamaha integrated steering, a wireless phone charger, and an RGB stereo system with eight speakers and subwoofer. Interior lighting includes a full RGB light package with hard top fixtures.

The boat comes with a tandem-axle aluminum trailer and a comprehensive docking and safety kit.
