The Lagoon 43 is a 45-foot catamaran designed by VPLP Design and Nauta Design as the successor to the Lagoon 42. Built from fiberglass, it combines increased interior volume with an open-air layout oriented toward the water. The hull features an owner's cabin forward with space typically found on larger yachts, while a flexible main saloon connects to the cockpit and can accommodate up to twelve people at table.
The layout includes three cabins and three heads throughout the boat. The design emphasizes outdoor living: transom gates, convertible davits doubling as sunbathing platforms, and a U-shaped forward deck salon create multiple gathering spaces. The boat is category A certified for long-distance cruising.
Three diesel engines producing 114 horsepower power the catamaran. This combination of interior accommodation, deck design, and propulsion supports extended cruising or charter use.
