The Nautitech 48 Open is a 48-foot catamaran built in fiberglass with twin 120 hp Volvo Penta diesel engines. The design features forward-facing decks and inverted bows that give the boat a modern, dynamic profile. A distinctive double aft helm station provides commanding views of the sails and cockpit, designed for both offshore sailing and marina maneuvering.
The layout opens the main saloon to the outside through large openings that blur the boundary between interior and exterior spaces. A central bar anchored at the boat's center of gravity serves as the focal point of the living area, with the galley positioned nearby with full appliances readily accessible. The saloon includes a substantial chart table and generous lounge seating throughout.
The interior design, developed with designer Christophe Chedal-Anglay, emphasizes clean lines and thoughtful proportions. Finishes are available in light walnut or optional oak, creating a modern, elegant atmosphere. The layout optimizes circulation and defines distinct zones that adapt to different activities and routines throughout the day, allowing crew and guests to move freely while sharing the space together.
