The NEEL 43 is a 43-foot trimaran built in fiberglass with a 24.5-foot beam. Powered by a single 50-horsepower Volvo diesel engine, it accommodates four cabins and two heads. The trimaran design delivers notable advantages: maximum stability is reached at a 27-degree heel angle compared to 12 degrees on comparable catamarans, and the centralized weight distribution along the main hull reduces pitching and rolling in rough conditions. The unified longitudinal beam structure integrates the forestay, mast, and mainsail tension into a single rigid assembly, eliminating flex and deformation to optimize sail shape and upwind performance.
