The 2026 Nimbus Commuter 9 is a 30-foot Scandinavian-designed day cruiser and commuter built on a fiberglass hull. Powered by a single 250-horsepower Mercury diesel engine, it cruises at 34.76 knots. The boat combines contemporary styling with practical functionality, appealing to those who value clean design and thoughtful layout.

The cockpit is the social hub, featuring a large sliding glass roof hatch that floods the space with natural light. Four people can dine at the swiveling cockpit chairs, or five total fit comfortably. The passenger sofa converts into an extra bed suitable for two children or one adult. Forward, the cabin includes a double berth, separate head, and kitchenette. An optional electronic canvas canopy can replace the standard glass roof, opening the space to outdoor air on warm days.

The helm accommodates two and can be fitted with single or twin chart plotters up to 12 inches. The foredeck includes a large loading hatch with cabin access; an optional daybed here provides additional seating for four or serves as an extended sunbed. The aft deck holds a wide sofa with integrated storage.
