The Nimbus Tender 8 is a 26-foot fiberglass cruiser built around a wide walk-around deck layout that prioritizes passenger movement and boarding ease. A single 200-horsepower Mercury diesel engine delivers a cruising speed of 35 knots. The design balances day-cruising comfort with overnight capability in a compact, maneuverable platform.
The foredeck features a sunbed for four and a large loading hatch providing direct cabin access. The cockpit includes reversible helm seats and a retractable table that converts the space into a dining area for five. The aft sofa seats six across three sections, with a multi-position backrest that adjusts for seating while underway, casual lounging, or full sunbathing. Beneath it sits a retractable refrigerator and equipment storage. An aft deck shower outlet and two side storage compartments add functionality to the exterior spaces.
Below, the cabin holds a two-person berth with ventilation and LED lighting, plus a separate head with sink. A galley with retractable gas burner is standard, with an optional wet bar and wash basin available on the port side. Three canopy options are available: a harbor cover, helm canopy, or full T-Top design covering the entire aft deck. The cockpit can be fitted with either a 9-inch or 12-inch plotter.
