The Northman 1300 Navigator is a 41.5-foot fiberglass trawler powered by a single 370-horsepower Volvo diesel engine. Built for comfortable long-distance cruising, the boat features a semi-displacement hull designed for fuel efficiency at 7–10 knots and extended range. A comprehensive package of electronics includes Garmin chartplotter, autopilot, AIS, and VHF radio. Additional equipment includes a Fisher Panda P10000i generator, bow and stern thrusters, and a 500-liter stainless steel fuel tank alongside a separate 500-liter fresh water tank.
The interior accommodates three cabins with full standing headroom throughout. The galley features an induction cooktop and countertops in HPL Slavonia Oak with grey cabinet fronts. Saloon windows incorporate UV-reducing film, and the space includes a central vacuum system. The heads feature shower capability and additional opening windows for ventilation.
A full suite of creature comforts and modern systems completes the build: washer and dryer, three LifePO4 hotel batteries rated 150Ah each with dedicated 100-amp charger, solar panels totaling 300 watts, a 3000-watt inverter, and a Webasto chiller providing 36,000 BTU air conditioning. The flybridge includes an adjustable helm chair and extended seating with mattresses, a bimini sunshade, and foldable table. Additional features include underwater LED lights, a rear-view camera, Starlink connectivity, and a central beam searchlight. The hull has been treated with epoxy primer and antifouling bottom paint.
