The 2026 Pathfinder 2700 Open is a 27-foot bay boat built on a double-stepped hull designed for both shallow-water and offshore fishing. Powered by a single Yamaha engine rated to 450 horsepower, it features a jackplate and digital electric steering. The boat combines a wide forward casting deck with an open cockpit layout, offering flexibility across different fishing styles and water conditions.
Fish storage and live bait capacity are central to this design. The boat includes approximately 70 gallons of standard livewell space plus a 40-gallon helm seat aquarium livewell, three insulated fishboxes totaling over 120 gallons, and dedicated rod storage for up to 18 rods. Pump-out systems with macerators service the fishboxes, and a recirculation pump and advanced bubbler aeration support live bait. Fresh and raw water washdown systems are fitted throughout.
Equipment includes trim tabs, outriggers, and stainless steel fittings. An auxiliary fuel tank upgrade of 31 gallons is installed. The cockpit has an aft seat set, bolster set, and tackle station. A second helm station is optioned with a tower, JL Audio speakers, and outriggers. Helm Master EX controls and a JL Audio stereo with amplifier complete the systems. The hull is finished in a solid color with black rub rail and stainless steel insert. An optional head can be added to the console for extended trips.
