2026 Pathfinder 2700 Open

The 2026 Pathfinder 2700 Open is a 27-foot center console bay boat built on a fiberglass hull. It combines the forward deck space typical of a bay boat with an open cockpit layout, designed to fish shallow flats and deeper waters. Twin gasoline engines power the boat, which features a double-stepped hull construction and comes standard with a jackplate for shallow-water access.

Storage and tackle capacity define this boat's fishing-focused design. Nearly 70 gallons of livewell capacity, three insulated fishboxes totaling over 120 gallons, and rod racks rated for 18 rods—from fly rods to trolling and bottom gear—cover most angling needs. Multiple dedicated dry storage compartments accommodate cast nets and tackle bags. The console is available with an optional head.

The 2700 Open carries a maximum horsepower rating of 450 and a VARIS-constructed hull designed for speed and efficiency across varied water conditions.
