The Phoenix 21 XE is a 21-foot fiberglass bay boat built around the company's proven PHX hull paired with an Elite-style bow. Powered by a single 250-horsepower Mercury engine, it delivers the performance needed for serious fishing on shallow water.

The boat features an E-style console with quick-access panels and a fully padded front deck with locking lids for storage and safety. The helm includes backlit analog push-button switches, while the cockpit incorporates a quick-access drawer and black billet grab handles. Seating is handled by ProForm fiberglass bases topped with EdgeForce performance seats.

Standard equipment includes full fiberglass rod boxes for tackle storage and a Phoenix E2 Electronics Wiring System pre-installed for electronics integration. The entire front deck is padded, and the design prioritizes accessible stowage and functional layout throughout the cockpit and fishing platform.
