2026 Phoenix 921 Elite

The 2026 Phoenix 921 Elite is a 21.5-foot bay boat built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single Mercury 250 Pro XS engine. This compact center console design delivers the performance and maneuverability needed for shallow-water fishing and coastal cruising.

The boat comes equipped with a hydraulic jack plate for draft control and shallow-water operation. Navigation and fish-finding are handled by dual Lowrance HDS Pro 12 displays—one at the main console and one mounted at the bow. A Minn Kota 36V Quest trolling motor provides quiet, precise positioning for fishing. A custom boat cover is included.
