The 2026 Phoenix 921 Elite is a 21.5-foot bay boat built from fiberglass and powered by a single Mercury 250 hp engine. This model is designed for shallow-water fishing and coastal cruising, combining open deck space with functional helm and bow layouts typical of modern bay boats.

Navigation and fish-finding equipment includes dual Lowrance HDS Pro 12 displays—one at the console and one at the bow—providing comprehensive sonar and mapping capabilities. A Minn Kota 36V Quest trolling motor handles low-speed maneuvering, while the hydraulic jack plate allows the main engine to operate in shallow draft conditions.

The boat comes with a custom cover, providing protection when not in use.
