The Ranger Tugs R-27 is a 27-foot fiberglass trawler built for comfortable cruising and practical living. Twin 150-horsepower Yamaha outboard engines power the boat, paired with a Yamaha engine color treatment in white. The hull is finished in Caribbean Sand. The design emphasizes visibility and light, with a curved front windshield and overhead glass atrium spanning the salon area. The cockpit features a double lounge seat on the bow and a spacious seating area, while an electric Kenyon grill offers outdoor cooking options.

The single cabin accommodates overnight stays with one head. A full galley is equipped for meal preparation, with a propane stove and two tanks. Refrigeration is available both in the galley and the cockpit. The boat carries a Garmin 8612xsv chartplotter with sonar and xHD radar for navigation. Climate control includes air conditioning and reverse-cycle heating, powered by an inverter system. A 220-watt bi-facial solar panel supplements power, and the boat is fitted with a lithium LiFePO4 battery upgrade.

Additional features include a bow thruster and autopilot for handling, an anchor package with an 11-pound anchor, 50 feet of ¼-inch chain, and 150 feet of 3/8-inch line. A safety kit is included.
