2026 Ranger Z520

The Ranger Z520 is a 20.92-foot bay boat built from fiberglass and powered by a single 250 hp Mercury Marine engine. The hull combines stability and handling performance typical of Ranger's tournament-proven designs, delivered in a platform sized for serious freshwater fishing.

Control and wiring systems emphasize reliability and simplicity. A dedicated Ranger Umbilical™ electronics harness runs bow to stern with 6-gauge wiring and 30-amp breaker. Push-button solid-state switching and keyed ignition provide straightforward operation, while a MercMonitor with SmartCraft gauges displays engine and system data. Push-to-close latches on storage boxes reduce trip hazards and improve access.

The boat accommodates a Minn Kota® Fortrex trolling motor and includes optional dual bow-mount electronics brackets for sonar systems. A padded front casting deck, pultruded fiberglass transom, and 40-quart insulated cooler complete the fishing setup. The standard configuration is customizable across trolling motor options, electronics packages, and color selections.
