The 2026 Ranger Z520 is a 20.92-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single 250-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. Built at Ranger's Flippin, Arkansas facility, it combines sturdy construction with the handling and stability favored by tournament anglers. The boat features a dedicated Ranger Umbilical electronics harness that consolidates wiring throughout the hull, paired with push-button solid-state switching and keyed ignition for reliable operation.

The layout centers on a padded front casting deck and includes a pultruded fiberglass transom for durability. A 40-quart insulated cooler and push-to-close latches on storage boxes keep gear organized and accessible. The dash is fitted with a MercMonitor displaying SmartCraft gauges to monitor engine and system data.
