The Scout 288 LXF is a 28-foot composite sportfish powered by twin Mercury engines delivering 600 horsepower. The design centers on an open layout built for fishing and water sports, with a fully walkable transom swim platform finished in Esthec, a port-side swing-in door for easy access, and forward seating with integrated backrests and storage. A hardtop with frameless windshield provides weather protection across the helm area.

The boat includes one head and accommodates the essentials for a day boat or short-range cruiser. Standard equipment features a helm station with integrated controls and sightlines suited to the fishing platform. Optional upgrades available include custom upholstery packages, underwater lighting, outriggers, hardtop-mounted rod holders, and a dual engine flush system to extend engine life.
