The 2026 Sea Ray SLX 280 Outboard is a 28-foot fiberglass sports cruiser built for performance and social cruising. Twin Mercury 250 Verado outboard engines provide 500 horsepower total and feature Joystick Piloting for responsive handling. The boat is equipped with SmartCraft Digital Throttle & Shift (DTS) for precise engine control and an optional Dynamic Running Surface for efficiency. A next-generation Power Tower with canvas top and extendable sunshade is available, along with swiveling wakeboard racks for watersports.

The open layout centers on a spacious U-shaped bow seating area ideal for socializing, with an expanded cockpit offering plush seating and integrated storage. A single head is onboard.
