The 2026 Shoalwater 23 Cat is a new catamaran built for shallow-water performance and coastal fishing. Powered by a Mercury 300 Pro XS DTS, the boat features the brand's signature wide, stable hull design that delivers a smooth, dry ride with excellent handling in rough conditions.
The deck layout includes dual livewells with Pro Air systems, custom seats with PermaCool technology, and a 36-volt lithium battery system with dual chargers. Navigation and fish-finding equipment consists of Garmin 126SV and Garmin Kraken units. Dock control is provided by a Power Pole 1 Pump anchoring system at 8 feet, while a Bob's Jack Plate and Lenco trim tabs manage weight distribution and steering response.
Lighting is comprehensive, with a 20-inch Plashlight light bar, under-gunnel lights, storage compartment lights, and underwater lighting. Additional features include a tall grab rail for safety, Sea Shock seat base for impact absorption, and multiple storage compartments. The boat rides on an 18-inch wheel upgrade and includes a spare tire.
The package includes a McClain custom trailer with blackout upgrade, completing the ready-to-launch setup.
