2025 Chittum Skiffs Islamorada 21

The 2025 Chittum Islamorada 21 is a carbon fiber flats boat built with a 12-degree hull and powered by a Mercury 115 Pro XS engine with roughly 80 hours of runtime. The boat has been garage-kept since new and underwent professional custom rigging work in late 2025. The hull, deck, and structural components are fully carbon fiber laminated, finished in Ice Blue and Matterhorn White, with wide walkaround gunnels and SeaDek under-gunnel padding throughout.

The boat is outfitted for shallow water fishing with a Skiff Research carbon fiber cavitation plate system and a Zephyr-Cove Customs ultra low water pickup with inline filter. Equipment includes an 8-foot Power-Pole Pro Series II mounted to a Bob's Machine 6-inch jack plate, a Power-Pole Move trolling motor with quick release power pucks, and ElectroTab trim tabs. The Simrad NSS Evo3S 12-inch multifunction display integrates full engine data via NMEA 2000, paired with an Airmar thru-hull transducer and Yamaha binnacle controls. A removable Marquesa Marine carbon fiber elevated casting platform and removable Chittum spider cage provide flexible deck layout.

The interior features a removable carbon fiber helm seat with backrest, an integrated console cooler seat with approximately 50-quart capacity, and a dual-stage grab rail system. Storage includes forward compartments, a 30-gallon livewell with lighting and easy service access, and a 38-gallon aluminum fuel tank. Fishing amenities comprise six forward-facing rod tubes per side in staggered layout and an open water quick release anchor system. The bilge is covered and accessible.

The boat is sold with a Ram-Lin custom aluminum trailer featuring a swing tongue, Boat Buckle tie-downs, and minimal corrosion. The Mercury engine carries factory warranty through February 2028. Hull running surfaces and interior upholstery are in near-new condition consistent with minimal post-upgrade use.
