The 2026 Sportsman Open 262 is a 26-foot center console built for both inshore and offshore work. Twin Yamaha 400 hp engines power the boat, which features a modern fiberglass hull designed for a smooth ride. The beam runs 9.42 feet, providing solid stability and usable deck space.

The boat is outfitted with dual side-entry doors that swing a full 180 degrees, opening directly to the water. A feature-rich fiberglass hard-top with integrated lighting, speakers, and rod holders provides shade and protection. The helm sits behind an integrated tempered glass windshield and includes a state-of-the-art electronics suite: dual Garmin GPSMAP 1243xsv chartplotters, Garmin Apollo stereo with in-dash controls, Garmin VHF radio, a 600-watt CHIRP sounder, and JL Audio speakers and amplification. Wireless phone chargers, digital engine controls, and an electronics integration system complete the console.

The cockpit layout prioritizes fishing. Twin 30-gallon pressurized aquarium livewells sit at the transom, while three in-deck macerated fish boxes offer additional storage.
