The STERK 31 is a 32-foot center console built on a fiberglass double-stepped hull optimized for speed and handling. Powered by twin Vision Marine Technologies electric motors producing 360 horsepower combined, this boat delivers modern performance with zero emissions. The hull design incorporates extensive CFD optimization, deep-V construction with spray rails, and distinctive hook rails at the stern paired with negative chines to enhance stability and reduce heeling during cornering.

The cockpit centers on an ergonomic driver's position with angled dashboard designed for visibility and glare reduction. Sport seats with flip-up bolsters and side support accommodate both seated and standing helming. The deck transforms into an entertainment space with a convertible U-shaped lounge and sunbed, passenger seating with a leaning function, and generous bow space. The boat accommodates up to nine passengers.

Construction and finish include a fiberglass hull in classic white with silver accents, almond Nautilus upholstery, and EVA soft-teak decking.
