2026 STERK 31

The STERK 31 is a 32-foot center console built from fiberglass with twin electric motors producing 360 hp combined. Its modern Mediterranean design emphasizes clean lines and performance, with a double-stepped, deep-V hull refined through extensive computational fluid dynamics testing. The hull features strategically placed spray rails, negative chines, and stern hook rails engineered to increase lift, reduce spray, and deliver superior grip and stability at speed.

The helm station positions the operator in an ergonomic, visually commanding location with an angled dash that minimizes glare and maintains sightlines even at high speed. The helm seat offers sport-style support with flip-up bolsters and side bracing for both seated and standing operation. A convertible U-shaped lounge with integrated sunbed serves as the social center of the deck, while passenger seats with recline function provide secure seating throughout. The boat accommodates up to nine passengers total.

Storage is distributed across bow and cabin lockers to keep gear organized. The deck is finished in white with silver accents, featuring almond-colored Nautilus upholstery and EVA soft-teak material. Equipment includes a full electrical system, triple bilge pumps, a CE-certified tank, and a stainless steel foldable ladder.
