The Viking 82 Convertible is a next-generation luxury sportfishing yacht built on a proven platform. At 82 feet with a 21.42-foot beam, it combines serious offshore fishing capability with high-end accommodations and modern design. The boat is available in three bridge configurations—open, enclosed, or sky bridge—giving owners flexibility in layout and helm arrangement.

The yacht sleeps five owners and guests across five staterooms, each with its own head, plus a sixth head for crew or guests. The master suite spans the full beam and offers ensuite facilities. The interior features walnut finishes and an open salon layout. A standout feature is the 230-square-foot cockpit, purpose-built for tournament fishing with fish boxes, a livewell, tackle storage, and mezzanine seating for spectators or anglers between runs.

Power comes from twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L diesel engines, each rated at 2,635 horsepower, delivering approximately 42 knots at top speed and 36 knots at cruise. An optional Advanced Viking Propulsion System is available to reduce drag and improve efficiency across the performance envelope.
