2027 Back Cove 372
About This Yacht
The Back Cove 372 is a redesigned express cruiser built on the proven 37 platform, which logged over 200 hulls and more than a decade of service before its production molds were retired in 2020. The new 372 incorporates feedback from longtime owners and current design advances while preserving the classic character of its predecessor. The boat measures 37 feet in length with a 13.25-foot beam and is constructed of fiberglass.
Power comes from a single 600 hp diesel engine—either a Cummins QSC 8.3 or optional Volvo Penta D8, both fitted with a 7-inch display. A redesigned 24V DC electrical system reduces weight and copper while extending runtime for bow and optional stern thrusters. The helm pod features a black windshield liner, upholstered surfaces, and improved materials for durability and stain resistance, with enhanced space for navigation electronics. Fixed-glazed pilothouse windows replace sliding units, and a center-opening windshield with opening appliances improves sightlines and operation.
Accommodations include a reconfigured head with an expanded medicine cabinet, large over-sink mirror, and redesigned shower stall. The aft cockpit has been rearranged with a new starboard-facing seat complete with folding armrest and drink holder, paired with a port-side salon door and bi-fold window above the aft seat. The boat is equipped with a single head.
