The Buddy Davis 58 Express is a new-construction sportfish designed around a reverse-angle chine hull with an exaggerated bow and sharp entry. The design prioritizes a fast, dry, and stable ride with comfort underway. The yacht measures 58 feet in length with a 17-foot 9-inch beam and features a premium gelcoat exterior built with advanced composite construction. The cockpit is laid out tournament-grade, with room for dual console freezers, a transom kill box, and an offset fishing chair. Engineering centers on fingertip power steering, single-level controls, and 2,700 horsepower for responsive handling.

Construction details include reinforced exterior cleats with solid metal backing plates, bonded underwater appendages, and full stainless steel hardware throughout. The mechanical package comprises dripless shaft and rudder seals, Davis custom rudders, Nibral propellers, and stainless steel Aqua Met-22 shafting. Redundant systems include emergency bilge pumps on both engines, automatic fresh water and shower systems, a diesel generator with sound shield, and a fiberglass silencer.
