2027 Sabre 51 Salon Express

The 51 Salon Express represents Sabre's latest expression of downeast design, combining the builder's traditional approach with a modern social layout. Twin Volvo Penta IPS 800 diesel engines drive the boat, while integrated digital switching and the Sabre Connect app manage onboard systems.

The salon extends across the full beam, creating an open gathering space suited to longer cruises and entertaining. The foredeck features a sunbed and forward bench seating, while the cockpit has been expanded to enhance time spent outdoors. Below decks, four cabins and two heads serve the cruising party.

This fiberglass hull measures 51 feet in length with a 15.92-foot beam. The boat is built to CE Category B standards and meets NMMA, ABYC, and USCG requirements. This is a new build available for delivery in fall 2025, allowing for customization of specifications during construction.
