2027 Solaris 40

The Solaris 40 is a 40-foot fiberglass sailing yacht designed by Javier Soto Acebal, built around a hull form engineered for performance and seaworthiness. The hull features a pronounced bow with strong buoyancy supported by a short chine that extends to the mid-hull, then transitions to a broad stern. The dual-rudder system provides excellent directional stability with minimal helm pressure. Power comes from a single 60 hp Volvo Penta diesel engine.

The cockpit is notably wide with steering consoles positioned at the outer deck edge, offering clear sightlines and precise control even with the sprayhood raised. Comfortable steps lead to the side decks, which feature a slightly angled rail and a fully protected steering station. The deck layout is designed to shed water efficiently from the bow area.

Below, the interior is arranged with classical elegance. The accommodation includes two cabins, one head, and an L-shaped galley to port. The owner's cabin has an ensuite shower. Six large hull windows provide natural light throughout the interior and create an open, airy atmosphere.
