The Vision 444 is a 43-foot composite catamaran built to exacting standards with a focus on performance, safety, styling, and everyday usability. Twin Nanni diesel engines of 76 horsepower each power the yacht and charge the electrical system while running. The standard mast is ICW-friendly at 63 feet 11 inches, suited to varied cruising waters.
Accommodation comprises three cabins and three heads, providing comfortable layouts for extended cruising. The saloon integrates a 24V Victron lithium ion battery bank of 800 amp capacity, split into two units that fit neatly beneath the seating. The electrical architecture operates on 24V DC for most systems—lighting, navigation, pumps, and auxiliaries—with dedicated 90-amp alternators on each engine supplying 180 amps combined DC charging input while running.
The power system is designed to handle AC loads independently: a separate 24V starter system on each engine manages engine startup and engine-bay ventilation blowers. AC systems including calorifiers, galley appliances, air conditioning, water makers, and optional equipment like ice makers or washer-dryers run from dedicated capacity, preventing discharge of the house bank during normal operation.
