2027 Vision 444

The Vision 444 is a 43-foot composite catamaran built to order, powered by twin Nanni diesel engines of 76 horsepower each. The hull design prioritizes performance, safety, and ergonomic layout across a broad 24-foot beam. The mast measures 63 feet 11 inches and meets ICW air draft requirements, making the boat suitable for inland waterway cruising.

The interior comprises three cabins and three heads, organized around a central saloon. The electrical architecture centers on a 24-volt lithium ion house battery bank with 800-amp capacity, housed beneath the saloon seats in two modular units. The diesel engines charge the house bank at 90 amps each while running, supplying 180 amps at 24 volts DC combined—sufficient to power onboard AC loads without depleting the battery. Each engine has its own 12-volt starter system that also operates engine bay blowers.

The 24-volt DC system powers all boat functions except AC loads such as water heaters, shore power outlets, and optional equipment like ice makers, washer-dryers, water makers, air conditioning, and induction cooktops. These AC systems operate independently from the house battery when shore power or generators are in use.
