1930 Houseboat woonschip

This 108-foot steel houseboat from 1930 combines historical character with modern comfort. Built as a working vessel, it has been fully outfitted for residential living and retains the authentic appeal of a traditional woonschip while offering contemporary amenities. A single Cummins diesel engine rated at 331 horsepower provides propulsion.

The boat features three cabins and three heads across its 16-foot beam. The main living area includes a spacious salon with a wood-burning stove and open kitchen, while the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower. Additional sleeping accommodation is provided by a mezzanine and a separate room aft of the wheelhouse that functions as a third bedroom or studio space. Built-in cabinetry spans approximately 65 feet. A full 1,000-square-foot deck serves as an outdoor living area.

The hull and deck are insulated, and the boat is equipped with oil-fired central heating, double-glazed windows, a dehumidifier, and ample storage including a basement area exceeding 600 square feet. The electrical system has been recently updated. Complete underwater maintenance was performed in December 2025. The yacht retains practical working features including a wheelhouse and remains capable of independent movement.
