2001 Sumerset 18x104

This 104-foot aluminum houseboat was built as a custom design with five bedrooms and three bathrooms throughout. The main salon is notably spacious, featuring an entertainment center, wet bar, and dining area adjacent to the galley. A dumbwaiter connects the levels for convenience. Two upper bedrooms share access to two full guest bathrooms, while two additional staterooms occupy the lower deck. The master stateroom at the stern offers a walk-around bed, entertainment area, vanity with double sinks, shower, and an oversized custom closet. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer sits forward of the aft deck. All appliances are stainless steel, and the countertops are custom quartz.

The open upper deck provides substantial space for entertaining and includes a hot tub, barbecue, and wet bar. A flybridge offers commanding views for operating the boat. A side entry door on the port salon allows easy boarding from another vessel.

Power comes from twin MerCruiser 5.7 EFI Bravo engines rated at 500 horsepower combined, delivering cruising speeds of 8 knots and a maximum speed of 10 knots. Bow and stern thrusters are powered by a PTO driven off a 25-kilowatt Westerbeke generator. Anchoring is handled by an all-chain windlass connected to a Maxwell 3500 windlass system. The boat is fully furnished throughout.
