1972 Cape Dory Cape 30

This 1972 Cape Dory Cape 30 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built as Hull #1 for the original Cape Dory owner. The boat has undergone extensive refitting, with all work completed professionally by a marine yard and its in-house mechanical and paint technicians. The scope of improvements is substantial and documented throughout the boat's systems and structure.

The Cape 30 accommodates two cabins and one head, offering traditional cruising layout typical of the design. Below deck are the spaces necessary for comfortable offshore and coastal sailing.

The boat is powered by a Universal diesel engine of 32 horsepower, providing reliable auxiliary propulsion. Currently the yacht is hauled and winterized, ready for the upcoming season.
