1988 Catalina 30 MkII

This 1988 Catalina 30 MKII is a fiberglass sloop built on the proven design that established the Catalina 30 as one of the most successful cruising sailboats in production. The boat features a shoal draft wing keel with 3'10" of draft, allowing access to shallow anchorages while maintaining stable sailing characteristics. Powered by a Universal diesel engine, it displaces approximately 10,200 pounds and carries 21 gallons of fuel and 43 gallons of fresh water.

The interior accommodates up to six people across a forward V-berth, a spacious aft quarter berth, a convertible dinette, and a fully enclosed marine head with shower. The salon features large opening ports and hatches for ventilation. Galley amenities include an icebox, two-burner stove with oven, stainless steel sink, and a pressurized hot and cold water system, with ample storage throughout the cabin.

The boat carries mainsail and roller furling headsail, adjustable traveler, self-tailing winches, and standing and running rigging in good condition.
