1974 C&C 35 MkII

The 1974 C&C 35 MkII is a fiberglass racer/cruiser built to blend performance with comfort across a 35-foot hull. Powered by a Yanmar 3GM30F diesel engine with fixed propeller, she carries a comprehensive sail plan including main and genoa on a Harken furling system added in 2018, plus jib and two spinnakers. A lazy jack system manages the main. Navigation equipment includes B&G wind, speed, depth, and temperature sensors on NMEA 2000, mast head trilight, and anchor light.

Below deck, the boat offers one private cabin and a head. The head was refinished with an aluminum black water tank installed in the bow, and a thru hull added for fresh water supply. Original cold-running water system remains in place. A stereo provides audio entertainment.

The hull received five coats of Interlux Interprotect 2000e primer in 2013, with ongoing Interlux Micron CSC antifouling paint maintained through 2024. The rudder was rebuilt in 2020. Thru hull valves were replaced in 2015. Electrical systems include a Xantrex 40A Truecharge dual battery charger installed in 2015.
