This 1984 C&C 34 is a well-maintained fiberglass sailing yacht with a 12.4-foot beam, powered by a 20-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine. The boat features a keel-stepped mast and comes equipped with a full cradle and reusable winterization cover.
The sails include a lightly-used North Sails Dacron headsail on a furler, a serviceable Doyle Dacron mainsail, and a spinnaker with pole. The rigging has lazy jacks and a flag halyard, with foredeck mast lighting and an anchor locker fitted with a Danforth anchor. Navigation and deck equipment include a Raymarine anemometer, knotmeter, depth gauge, and autopilot; a Garmin GPSmap 740; a Ritchie global compass; and a Fusion radio system with newly replaced VHF radio with MMSI.
The interior has one dedicated cabin with two permanent berths—one in the bulkhead and one on the port aft—plus a third berth created by raising the starboard saloon bench. A single head with a manual Jabsco pump toilet is fitted. The galley includes a three-burner stove with oven and an icebox. Interior features folding saloon and cockpit tables, an electric bilge pump, recently oiled teak floors, and full window curtains. All interior lighting was converted to LED, and interior cushion cases were deep-cleaned and lightly used.
The diesel engine, installed by a previous owner as a replacement for the original gasoline unit, is estimated to have 300 to 400 hours. The starboard side window has a minor leak that previous attempts to reseal have not fully resolved. The aftmost port winch is serviceable but due for replacement. The camcleat on the starboard traveller is incorrectly specified. The deck was previously repainted but not professionally finished, with some paint staining on hardware and fittings.
