1975 Custom 272' Geared RoRo Pallet Vessel

This 272-foot steel-hulled vessel was built in Norway in 1975 and underwent a major rebuild in 1985. Designed as a geared roll-on/roll-off pallet carrier, the boat holds Ice Class certification. Power comes from a single Caterpillar diesel engine rated at 2,232 horsepower, which was fully rebuilt in 2002, with cruising speed of 10.5 knots.

The boat is equipped for versatile cargo operations, featuring a 10-ton derrick, 25-ton crane, side door for pallet loading, cargo elevators, and pallet lifts. The vessel can accommodate 57 twenty-foot equivalent unit containers. A bow thruster is installed for maneuvering assistance.
