1976 Custom Boathouse

This 80-foot custom wood boathouse features a protected boat well measuring 18 by 70 feet, with an 18-foot-wide roll-up door standing 21 feet 6 inches high. The structure accommodates larger yachts and cruisers, offering substantial covered storage and thoughtful layout with extensive cabinet space throughout.

The upper living quarters provide full residential comfort with an open living area, kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, plus four bathrooms—two with showers and one with a tub. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. Two private decks on the upper level offer outdoor space above the waterline.
