2015 Custom Boathouse

This 75-foot aluminum boathouse offers sheltered moorage with a thoughtful layout and recent updates throughout. The structure features a 25-foot beam and stands 21 feet above the waterline, with four-foot-wide walkways circling the slip for safe access and easy movement around moored vessels.

The boathouse has been comprehensively remodeled with new foam insulation, aluminum siding, windows, and steel pilings. An automatic door system controls entry. The interior is well-lit with both natural light from windows and integrated boathouse lighting, creating a bright working environment.

The slip is positioned in Cornet Bay with straightforward approach and ample maneuvering room, making entry and exit practical regardless of tidal conditions or weather.
