This 1977 Tartan 30 is a classic racer-cruiser built to the proven Sparkman & Stephens design. At nearly 30 feet overall with a 10-foot-10-inch beam, the hull displaces 8,750 pounds with 3,600 pounds of lead ballast. Power comes from a 30-horsepower Universal Atomic 4 gas engine, notable for its exceptional accessibility within the engine compartment.

The accommodations sleep six across a V-berth, convertible dinette, settee bench, and quarter berth. The galley sits aft with a two-burner stove and sink, complemented by 12-volt refrigeration and a marine head. Fresh water capacity is 30 gallons, fuel 20 gallons, and a 15-gallon holding tank supports extended cruising.

The sail plan includes a 2006 Sobstad mainsail with full and partial battens, a North 130-percent roller-furling genoa from the same year, and a symmetrical 0.75-ounce spinnaker. Navigation and safety equipment encompasses a Raymarine wireless system with speed, depth, and wind data plus autopilot, Standard Horizon VHF radio, and a bulkhead-mounted compass.
