1979 Nautor Swan 441R

The Swan 441R is a 45-foot fiberglass offshore cruiser-racer built by Nautor Swan in 1979. Known for high-performance sailing and exceptional stability, this classic yacht combines an elegant hull design with a racing-oriented layout throughout the deck, interior, and rigging. A Perkins 4108 diesel engine powers the boat, paired with a self-feathering three-blade propeller.

Below deck, accommodations include one double cabin, single bunk berths, a galley, and a chart table. The interior is equipped with two air-conditioning units. The boat cruises at approximately 7.8 knots.

The yacht has undergone significant work in recent years. In 2018, the standing rigging was completely replaced, the engine was rebuilt, the hull was painted with Awl Grip, and the underwater hull was stripped, dried out, and reinforced. In 2023, the batteries were replaced, and an electric windlass with a Rocna anchor and chain were installed.

The boat comes with an extensive sail package featuring an XL carbon genoa, two spinnakers, and halyards and sheets of Dyneema. Equipment includes two life rafts, deck canvas protection, and a dinghy with outboard engine.
