The Kirie Feeling 1350 is a 44.7-foot cruising sailboat built in 1987, constructed from fiberglass with a 14-foot beam and shallow 1.6-meter draft suited to tropical anchorages. Powered by a single 50 hp BMW diesel engine with 2,850 hours, the boat is capable of sustained passage-making speeds of 180–200 nautical miles per day downwind while remaining accessible and manageable for a vessel of this size.
The interior layout comprises three double cabins, two full heads with an independent WC, and a spacious saloon convertible for additional sleeping. The owner's forward cabin includes a dedicated desk area. Freshwater capacity stands at 655 liters with pressurized hot and cold systems throughout. Recent battery upgrades, solar panels, wind generator, and Victron converter provide strong autonomous power. Navigation systems include an autopilot, AIS transceiver, full NMEA 2000 network with chart PC, 4G internet, and Starlink capability; the EPIRB remains valid through 2032.
The standing rigging was rebuilt in 2021, with an additional unused set of rigging aboard. The sail plan is complete and in sound condition, comprising mainsail with battens, genoa, spinnaker, foresail, and storm foresail, supported by ten winches distributed across deck hardware. The BMW engine received a new alternator in 2024 and is regularly serviced. An inflatable tender with outboard motor, current safety equipment, spare parts, and tools are included.
