This 37-foot Lindsey Trawler is a fiberglass commercial passenger vessel built in 1980 and certified by the U.S. Coast Guard for 32 passengers. Powered by a single Cummins 355-horsepower diesel engine paired with a ZF 280 transmission, the boat was designed for near-coastal commercial service throughout the Caribbean. The hull is of semi-displacement design with a beam of 13 feet 6 inches and draft of 3 feet 8 inches.
The layout is configured for commercial charter operations, with spacious passenger deck areas, a large open aft deck, and dual helm stations—one upper and one lower. The vessel is equipped with navigation electronics including twin Garmin multifunction displays and twin Icom VHF radios, along with a JL Audio stereo system. Safety features include an EPIRB, Halon fire suppression system, and 35 Type I USCG-approved life jackets.
Mechanical systems include closed cooling with heat exchanger, Racor fuel filtration, hydraulic steering, dual Renology 2000W inverters, and both 110V AC and 12V DC electrical systems. Fuel capacity is 180 gallons, fresh water capacity 50 gallons. The boat has been hauled and stored ashore.
A marine survey completed in September 2024 identified the vessel as well-constructed and fit for its intended use. Routine recommissioning items were noted, including bottom paint touch-up, an undersized primary anchor, a seized head discharge seacock, minor bilge alarm work, a bent skeg inspection, and a small hull repair area.
