The 1980 Pearson 365 is a 36-foot sloop rigged by Pearson, built in fiberglass with a fin keel and rudder design. She carries a 45-horsepower Yammer diesel inboard engine installed in 2019, fresh water cooled, paired with roller furling and standing rigging that was completely renewed in 2020 when the mast was pulled and all halyards and wires were replaced. The boat is equipped with an enclosed head, a roomy galley with refrigerated storage, a navigation station with pedestal seat, and a fold-away dinette in the salon. Bunk space and storage are distributed throughout the interior.
Navigation and safety gear include Raymarine B&G radar and GPS with overlay installed in 2017, a new wind meter added in 2020, and a roller furler renewed that same year. The boat carries a bimini top, dodger, and anchor. A water heater was added in 2019.
Recent maintenance includes new sails fitted in 2017, all cushions inside and out replaced in 2018, bimini and dodger replaced in 2018, and the comprehensive mast and rigging work completed in 2020. The boat presents clean throughout its interior and exterior.
