1981 Bruce Kirby 30

This 1981 Bruce Kirby 30 is a fiberglass sailing yacht with a 30-foot length and 10-foot beam, powered by a 10 hp Yanmar diesel engine. The boat underwent a complete rebuild between 2020 and 2021, relaunched in 2022. Major work included new bulkheads, interior paint, hull fairing and refinishing in Awlcraft (kingston grey with white boot stripe), and a comprehensive deck reconstruction with wet core removed and replaced with coosa composite material. All deck hardware was taken down and reset, and the deck was finished with light grey Kiwi Grip.

The rigging has been substantially upgraded with Spectra lifelines, backstay, and running rigging throughout. The boat includes two booms and two spinnaker poles for flexible sail configuration, along with multiple sails. The engine features a Flexofold folding propeller. A steel cradle is included.
