1992 Catalina 30 MkII

This 1992 Catalina 30 MkII is a fiberglass-hulled sailboat powered by a 23-horsepower Universal diesel engine. The boat has been actively maintained and operated by a single owner since 2004. Recent work includes new engine mounts, engine hoses, exhaust system, and heat exchanger. The engine runs regularly and is in sound condition. Navigation electronics consist of a Raymarine depth sounder and Garmin 172 GPS.

The sailplan includes a 150% genoa, 135% jib, and mainsail fitted with a Doyle stack pack and lazy jacks, plus a spinnaker. The yacht carries a Hood dodger for weather protection and features cockpit seat cushions. Below, the saloon has wall-to-wall carpeting. The galley is equipped with a two-burner propane stove and oven. Fresh water is supplied throughout: hot and cold in the galley, bathroom, shower, and cockpit swim area.

Recent upgrades to standing rigging include new jib and main sheets. The boat cruises at seven knots and reaches a maximum speed of 7.4 knots under power alone. It is currently ashore and ready for launch into the water.
