The 1981 Cooper Marine Seabird 37 is a full-keel offshore cruiser built for Pacific Northwest waters. Its moderate displacement and shallow draft allow access to protected anchorages where deeper-hulled boats cannot venture. The fiberglass hull is supported by a single 52 hp Perkins diesel engine.
The boat centres on an enclosed cockpit well-suited to rough-weather sailing, offering shelter from sun, rain, and wind. Below deck are two cabins: an aft cabin with a double berth and private head, and a forward cabin with bunks. A second head serves the boat. A bow thruster assists with docking maneuvers.
The bottom was repainted and zincs replaced in July 2025.
