The C&C 30 is a 30-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built in 1982, designed by Cuthbertson & Cassian for ocean cruising. The hull features a fin keel and integrated monohull construction. Powered by a 13 hp Yanmar gasoline engine, the boat handles well under sail and can be single-handed. The beam measures 10 feet.
The interior has been substantially updated with new galley counters in composite lightweight materials, a stainless steel double sink, all new plumbing, and dimmable LED lighting throughout. New foam cushions and updated upholstery have been installed. The galley stove was removed, inspected, cleaned, and repainted. A new tiled backsplash completes the galley area.
Behind the scenes, major systems have been inspected, replaced, or upgraded, including electrical systems, charging systems, through-hulls, and the engine. The engine has been serviced and runs reliably. The mainsail and jib are in good condition. Running rigging is well-maintained with new line added where needed. Standing rigging has been inspected and approved. Cable steering and throttle controls have been cleaned and operate smoothly. New zincs were recently installed following a haul-out, and a survey has been completed.
